Refund Policy

Damaged, wrong, or lost orders. If your bag arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or your package is lost in transit, email us at hello@adonai.coffee within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo if the bag is damaged. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, your choice.

Unopened bags. Unopened, undamaged bags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake.

Gift cards and donations. Gift cards are not refundable. Donations made through the "Make a Donation" product are non-refundable. If you donated by mistake, email us within 7 days and we'll review it.

Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
